How can I book my tour?

Simply fill in our online Booking Enquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Once you have decided to proceed with a booking, we will email you an invoice with a secure link to payment. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

You can also call us on 0333 772 0037 between 8am and 8pm daily for any information and also book your tour with one of our friendly team members securely using a debit or credit card.

How many people can go on the tour?

We specialise in small group tours only and cater for any number of passengers up-to a maximum of 8. If you are travelling alone or as a group of 8…we still guarantee you a great day out!

How do I get there?

North Wales is easily accessible for day tours from London and all major cities.

Direct trains from London Euston to North Wales is only a little over 3 hours away by Virgin Express train services. Have breakfast in London and you will be here in Wales in time for lunch!

Ferry services operate directly from Dublin to the Port of Holyhead and you can even fly in to Anglesey Airport from Cardiff in less than an hour.

We can even make arrangements to pick you up from your point of arrival and transport you to a comfortable hotel in the area in time for a tour the following morning.

What time does the tour depart?

All tours depart at 8am returning before 6pm.

Where are the pick-up and drop-off points?

We have 3 convenient pick-up and drop-off points in North Wales:

1. Bangor Railway Station

2. Llandudno Junction Railway Station

or

3. Port of Holyhead/Railway Station

We also operate a free local hotel pick-up and drop off service *subject to conditions*

What’s included in the price?

The tour price includes the services of a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced driver-guide, and transportation in one of our comfortable vehicles. Your tour will run for approximately 8 hours.

Any optional extras – attraction entrance fees, food and drink etc – are not included in the price of your tour. This is to allow our guests the freedom to choose which optional extras they would prefer.

Please note that many third-party attractions may not accept card payments, so please ensure you have cash with you on the day if you think you may opt for an additional excursion whilst on the tour.

How much walking is required on the tours?

Our tours are designed as scenic tours. We take you to as close to the scenery as possible, so you can see as much as possible on your tour. However, there maybe places where you may need to walk a few hundred metres to a place of interest to maximise your experience.

Can children travel on your tours?

We welcome children over 5 years old on our tours. We regret we are not able to carry children under the age of 5.

Do you have a minimum number of passengers policy for each tour?

No, we don’t operate a minimum numbers policy. The price of the tour is exactly the same if you travel alone or with a total party of 8 passengers.

Is the tour in English?

Yes, all our tours are in English.

Your tour will be taken by an experienced, knowledgeable and friendly English-speaking driver-guide.

What should I bring with me?

We recommend you bring warm and/or waterproof clothing, wear comfortable shoes, and take a sun-block or a hat for sunny days. Remember the weather in Wales can be quite changeable!

And don’t forget your camera to capture all the lovely scenery  you’ll encounter on your tour!

Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible at present but we are happy to carry collapsable wheelchairs on our day tours, please provide this information at the time of booking.

Do you allow pets on your tours?

We regret that we do not allow any pets on our tours.

Where to stay?

For those passengers who wish to stay for more than a day there are plenty of good quality accommodation providers to choose from in North-West Wales to suit all budgets and tastes.

Llandudno, Anglesey, Conwy or Betws y Coed are all convenient areas to stay.

Whilst we do not organise accommodation we will be delighted to recommend suitable hotels.
